I don't sell services. I solve business problems.
Every engagement — consulting or training — is scoped around a measurable outcome, not a checklist of activities. If a project can't be tied to a number your business cares about, it isn't worth doing.
Engagements are framed around the outcome you need, not the service label attached to it.

A consistent process, regardless of scope
The same four-stage approach applies whether the engagement lasts two weeks or two quarters.
Diagnose
Understand the current system, the numbers behind it, and where it's actually breaking down.
Design
Build a specific plan tied to the outcome — not a generic framework pulled off the shelf.
Implement
Work alongside the team to put the plan into practice, adjusting as real conditions surface.
Measure
Track the agreed metric against baseline, and hand over a system that keeps running without me.
Before you book a call
How do consulting engagements typically start?
Every engagement starts with a short discovery conversation to understand the outcome you're after and whether it's a good fit — not a sales pitch. From there, I scope a specific plan before any contract is discussed.
Do you work with organizations outside East Africa?
Yes. While much of the hands-on experience is rooted in East African and Middle Eastern markets, the frameworks are built to travel — consulting and training engagements are available globally, in person or remote.
What's the difference between consulting and corporate training?
Consulting is embedded work on your specific business problem, usually over weeks or months. Training is a structured program — a workshop or course — designed to build a skill across a team in a fixed timeframe.
Can training programs be customized for our industry?
Yes. Every corporate training program is adapted to the client's industry, team size, and specific performance gaps before delivery — nothing is delivered generically off the shelf.
What clients say
Placeholder — replace with real, attributed testimonials.
The engagement was scoped around one number — our conversion rate — and we watched it move within the first quarter.
This wasn't generic training. It was rebuilt around the exact gaps our team had, and it showed in how fast it stuck.
Not sure which engagement fits?
Book a short consultation and we'll figure out the right starting point together — consulting, training, or both.
