From the field to the boardroom
My career started where most operational lessons actually get learned — in the field, not behind a desk. Early roles in frontline sales and distribution taught me that strategy is only as good as the system that carries it out, and that most businesses don't fail from a lack of ideas. They fail from execution that nobody designed on purpose.
Over the years that followed, I moved through sales leadership, supply chain and logistics management, and operational strategy roles across multiple organizations and markets — building teams, redesigning distribution networks, and running training programs that were meant to outlast me, not depend on me.
Alongside that, I've built independent ventures of my own — in training, consulting, and product businesses — because I wanted to test my own frameworks with my own capital on the line, not just recommend them to others.
Today that experience comes together as a single practice: consulting, corporate training, and executive coaching for organizations that need someone who has actually run the operation, not just studied it from outside.
